The Department of Music at Vanguard University presents its 13th annual celebration of Christmas Fantasia. Christmas Fantasia was conceived with the thought of extending to the community, and featuring a variety of carols, Christmas classics, and songs for the holidays.
Enjoy the excitement of Vanguard’s 200-member choir and orchestra led by Dr. James Melton, Department of Music Chair. The University's music ensembles will kick off your holiday season in style and will feature the University Concert Choir, Concert Orchestra, University Jazz Ensemble, Women’s Chorus, Guitar Ensemble, Barbershop and Beautyshop Quartets and the Vanguard Singers and Band.
On Thursday, December 3rd at 7:30pm, the first performance will take place at the Renee & Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall in Costa Mesa. On Friday, December 4th at 8:00pm, the second performance will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Newport Beach.
